Public Notice - Zoning Code Ammendmants

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - The Village of Hudson Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on text amendments to the Village Zoning Code. The proposed text amendments amend the Zoning Code in the C-1 Central Commercial District and C-2 General Commercial District to allow sewer and septic facilities as a special use. Additionally, Section 8.4 of the Zoning Code will be amended to establish general standards for the review of all special uses. A copy of the proposed text amendments is on file in the office of the Village Clerk for public inspection. The public hearing will be held at Town Hall 107 E. Walnut Street Hudson Illinois on the 29th day of September, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. All interested parties are welcomed to attend and offer comments concerning the opposed amendments.
