As mandated by the IEPA, the Village of Hudson must test for lead and copper every 3 years. The link below includes the results for the additional testing from early November. These results include the water parameter test and the voluntary test of the 10 lead/copper sites in the village. All of these tests came back non-detected and the water quality test came back in parameters. This is good news for the village. The mandate from the IEPA still calls for an additional test for lead/copper in January 2020. This test is an additional 20 home sites. I anticipate results in late January. This is the updated results that the Hudson Water Department has promised to our customers. If you have any questions about the results or additional tests, please call Jeff Waller at 726-1471. We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Comments are closed.
